Ordering & Downloads
How do I download my resources?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access all your purchased resources from your account dashboard at any time. Downloads are available instantly and don't expire.
What file formats are included?
Most resources are provided as high-quality PDF files that can be printed on any standard printer. Some bundles may include additional formats such as editable PowerPoint files or Google Slides links. Check individual product descriptions for specific format information.
Can I edit the worksheets?
Unless specifically noted as editable, our PDF resources are secured to maintain formatting and copyright. However, many of our resources are available in editable formats. Look for 'Editable' in the product title or description.
How many times can I print the resources?
Your single classroom license allows unlimited printing for use within your own classroom. If you teach multiple sections of the same grade level, you may use the materials across all your classes. For school-wide or district use, please contact us about volume licensing.
Do you offer school or district licenses?
Yes. We offer discounted volume licensing for schools and districts. Volume licenses allow resources to be shared among multiple teachers at the same campus. Contact us at schools@teacherspot.com with your specific needs for a custom quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, and we never store your payment information on our servers.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions. Our payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers who are PCI DSS compliant. We never have access to your full credit card number.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally don't offer refunds once resources have been downloaded. However, if you accidentally purchase the same resource twice, or if a file is defective, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution. See our full refund policy for details.
Can I share resources with my colleagues?
Each license is for a single classroom teacher. Sharing resources with colleagues without additional licenses is a violation of our terms. We keep our prices affordable so each teacher can afford their own license. District and school licenses are available for sharing within a school.
Do you have a membership or subscription option?
No. We believe in pay-what-you-need pricing. Buy only the resources that work for your curriculum, without the pressure of a recurring subscription. Many teachers find our a la carte model more economical than membership sites.
Licensing & Usage
What does 'single classroom use' mean?
A single classroom license allows you to use the resource with all students in your own classes. If you teach multiple sections of the same subject/grade level, you may use the resource across all those sections. The license does not extend to other teachers' classrooms.
Can I use resources for tutoring or private teaching?
Yes. Your single classroom license covers your students in traditional classrooms, tutoring sessions, and small group instruction. The license is tied to you as the educator, not the specific setting.
Can I post resources on my class website?
You may post resources on a password-protected class website that only your students can access. Public posting, sharing on social media, or uploading to sharing platforms is not permitted.
Are resources aligned to specific state standards?
All our math resources are aligned to Common Core State Standards. We also include correlations for TEKS (Texas) and other state standards where applicable. Each resource clearly lists the specific standards it addresses in the product description.
Technical Support
I'm having trouble downloading my file. What should I do?
First, check that your download didn't get interrupted. Large files may take a moment. If the problem persists, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. For ongoing issues, contact our support team with your order number and we'll help resolve it promptly.
Do I need special software to open the files?
Most of our resources are PDF files that can be opened with any PDF reader, including free options like Adobe Acrobat Reader or Preview (built into Mac). Some resources may require PowerPoint or a web browser for Google Slides access.
Can I download on my phone or tablet?
Yes, our website is mobile-friendly and downloads work on tablets and phones. However, for the best experience and easiest printing, we recommend using a computer.
My download link expired. What now?
Download links in emails expire after 7 days for security, but you can always access your purchases from your account dashboard. As long as you have an account with us, your resources are available forever.

What grade levels do you cover?
We currently focus on Kindergarten through 5th grade resources across Math, ELA, and Science. We're always expanding our offerings based on teacher feedback and requests.
Are answer keys included?
Yes. All worksheets that require answers include a complete answer key. Answer keys are typically provided as a separate file or at the end of the resource for easy printing.
Do you create custom resources?
We welcome suggestions for new resources. While we can't create custom worksheets on demand, we maintain a development list based on teacher requests. The most requested topics get priority for our content team.
How often do you add new resources?
We add new resources weekly. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified of new releases, plus get exclusive free resources and discount codes.
Can I preview a resource before buying?
Yes. Each product page includes downloadable preview images that show sample pages from the resource. We want you to see exactly what you're getting before you purchase.
